I know everyone says the same buzzwords about themselves and most of the time they are true. I can also truthfully describe myself as empathetic, friendly, curious and creative. But how interesting is that? I think what sets me apart from others is my flaws.
I'm stubborn
I'm a perfectionist
I'm unassertive
Being these things make me human, which I think makes working in a human-centred field right up my alley! I started my work history like many- in retail. There I learned that being unassertive can make me very approachable, trustworthy and take critique very well. In fact, I love being critiqued. I love learning and making high-quality products and my perfectionist tendencies give me the critical eye needed to make something clients will love. If something isn't up to standard or a problem arises, my stubbornness drives me to find a solution that works.
I hope you can see my flaws like I do and see how they will benefit you and your business.
Cheers,
